Hash Brown Casserole
A favourite of all ages and perfect dish for a family gathering.

INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes (grated) 1 cup
- Blue Band Margarine 20gm
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1 medium
- Chicken 1 cup
- Saltish Biscuits 1 pack
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Chicken Seasoning 10gm
- Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
METHOD
- Heat margin, add flour, fried till brown, add milk and cream and one packet seasoning.
- At last add black pepper and white pepper .cook till thick, remove. Heat another 2 tbsp margarine, fry garlic than add chicken till done and set aside.
- Now assemble dish ,spread grated and boiled potatoes at the bottom of the dish ,sprinkles.
- Seasoning, layer with chicken and capsicum soupstock.
- Pour all the white sauce on the top.
- Garnish with ketchup and crushed saltish biscuits.
- Bake for 10 mins.
- Serve hot.
