Kabuli pulao, with the Knorr twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice 250 gm soaked
  • Channa daal 1 cup boiled
  • Knorr soupstock 20 gm
  • Whole garam masala 1 tsp mix
  • Green chilies 2 -3
  • Oil ΒΌ cup
  • Onion slice 1 med
  • Water 500 ml

METHOD

  • Heat oil, fry onions till light golden
  • Add channa daal , green chilies and garam masala
  • Add water, when water boils, add soupstock and rice
  • Cook till water dries
  • Put on dum
