INGREDIENTS

  • Knorr Hot and sour soup 1 liter
  • Chicken sliced ½ kg
  • Rafhan Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 no
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed chili 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
  • Garlic (mince) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (mince) ½ tbsp
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Rafhan corn oil for deep fry and some extra

METHOD

  • Prepare knorr hot and sour soup as direction and keep aside,
  • Marinate sliced chicken with egg, corn flour , plain flour and salt n pepper, deep fry and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a wok saute ginger and garlic then add capsicum with chicken , cook for a few seconds
  • Add prepared knorr soup, crushed chili and adjust seasoning
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve with egg fried rice.
